Shipping and Delivery Policy

Infinite Journeys Pvt. Ltd. / Infinite Journeys and Travel LLP specializes in providing travel experiences, and hence, we do not deliver any physical goods. All our services, such as holiday packages, flight and train bookings, hotel accommodations, and tour arrangements, are delivered digitally via email, WhatsApp, or other electronic communication channels.

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, all relevant travel documents, such as itineraries, booking confirmations, and tickets, will be shared with you electronically latest by 48 hours before departure (except web check in which essentially needs to be done closer to departure time). This ofcourse excludes the enquiries that we receive with less than 48 hours before departure. If you have not received the necessary travel documents within the expected time, please reach out to us for assistance.
