A) GROUP TOURS (DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL)
1. Cancellation Process:
- Any cancellation by participants must be communicated either:

Participants must request and receive an acknowledgment email from web@infinitejourneys.in to confirm the cancellation. Without acknowledgement, it will be considered a "No Show," and associated rules will apply.
2. Refund Terms:
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the tour concludes and within 15 business days.

Refunds for airline, railway and bus tickets made through Infinite Journeys will be forwarded after deducting processing charges.

Infinite Journeys is not responsible for any losses incurred for bookings made independently by participants.
3. Cancellation Charges for Group Tours :
a) when the tour is cancelled by the participant

Policy for Airline and Railway Reservations done as a part or extension of Group Tours:
- Airline and railway reservations booked by Infinite Journeys on behalf of guests are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective airline or railway authorities.

These cancellation rules will apply to the clients, and any refunds will be processed as per the policies of the concerned service provider.

Additionally, Infinite Journeys charges a service fee for facilitating such bookings, which will be deducted from the refund amount as compensation for the services already rendered.
Cancellation Charges:

More than 60 days before departure : No cancellation charges. However, if Visa has been processed for the tour, the charges for the same cannot be refunded.

45 days - 60 days before departure : A cancellation fee of ₹5000 per person will apply for Domestic Tours. A cancellation fee of ₹15000 per person will apply for International Tours.

30 days - 45 days before departure : A cancellation fee of ₹10000 per person will apply for Domestic Tours. A cancellation fee of ₹25000 per person will apply for International Tours.

30 days or less before departure : No refund will be issued.

No Show : No refund will be issued.
b) when the tour is cancelled Infinite Journeys
Policy for Airline and Railway Reservations done as a part or extension of Group Tours:

Airline and railway reservations booked by Infinite Journeys on behalf of guests are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective airline or railway authorities.

These cancellation rules will apply to the clients, and any refunds will be processed as per the policies of the concerned service provider.

Additionally, Infinite Journeys charges a service fee for facilitating such bookings, which will be deducted from the refund amount as compensation for the services already rendered.
Tour Changes and Cancellations by Infinite Journeys:

Infinite Journeys reserves all rights to prepone, postpone, change or modify the tour. Refunds will not be issued for such changes unless the tour is fully canceled by us.
Infinite Journeys reserves all rights to completely cancel the tour.

In that event, ‘refund amount’ after deducting ‘non-refundable costs’ (such as Forest safari charges, permits, accommodation and transport etc.) will be refunded within 15 days from the date of cancellation of such a tour.
Note that the rules mentioned under “Policy for Airline and Railway Reservations done as a part or extension of Group Tours” are applicable in this case as well.

If the minimum requirement of 10 paying travelers is not met, we may not be able to operate the tour. In such a case :

Infinite Journeys will attempt to offer the tour at the same cost without a tour escort, with a local guide provided for tours, treks, or walks.

If this is not feasible, any cost increase will be minimized and communicated to participants.

Safety Cancellation: Infinite Journeys is in no way obligated to complete a tour if one or more participants is found to be endangering the safety of themselves, others or the environment.
Refunds will not be given in this situation.

In the event there is cancellation of tour due to force majeure / reasons beyond control of Infinite Journeys, then no refund shall be payable by Infinite Journeys.

Disputes, if any, will be subject to Pune Jurisdiction only.

Infinite Journeys reserves the right to modify or postpone any tour.
B) Customized Tour Packages commonly referred to as FIT (Free Independent Traveler)
Policy for Airline and Railway Reservations done as a part of FIT Tour Arrangements

Airline and railway reservations booked by Infinite Journeys on behalf of guests are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective airline or railway authorities.

Hotel / accommodation bookings booked by Infinite Journeys on behalf of guests are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective hotel / accommodation / booking portal policies that we may
have used to make the bookings.

These cancellation rules will apply to the clients, and any refunds will be processed as per the policies of the concerned service provider.

Additionally, Infinite Journeys charges a service fee for facilitating such bookings, which will be deducted from the refund amount as compensation for the services already rendered.
Force Majeure:

No refunds will be issued for cancellations arising due to force majeure events or circumstances beyond Infinite Journeys' control. These include but are not
limited to natural disasters, social / political unrest, protests or disturbances, or Social disturbances, pandemics, unforeseen travel restrictions, any kind of medical/non-medical certification requirements
(like RT-PCR reports/Vaccination Certificates) imposed by the competent authorities,
change in flight or train schedules, or hospitalisation / the demise of a close relative or a family member of participant, then no refund shall be payable.
Safety Cancellation:

Infinite Journeys reserves the right to terminate the participation of individuals who endanger their safety,
the safety of others, or the environment. No refund will be given in such cases.
Additional Terms:

Refunds, where applicable, will exclude non-refundable costs such as:

Forest safari booking charges

Railway or air ticket reservation and cancellation charges

Travel and accommodation booking charges

Handling charges
Jurisdiction:

All disputes will be subject to Pune Jurisdiction only.
