Day 1 | Arrival in Colombo – Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage – Dambulla
Distance: Approx. 180 kmDrive Time: Approx. 4.5 Hours Welcome to Sri Lanka! Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, Colombo, meet your local representative and begin your journey towards Dambulla, located in the heart of Sri Lanka's Cultural Triangle. En route, visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where you'll get an opportunity to see rescued elephants up close and learn about their conservation. Later, continue to Dambulla and check in to your hotel. Spend the evening at leisure and unwind after your journey. Meals: Lunch & Dinner Overnight Stay: Dambulla -
Day 2 | Sigiriya Rock Fortress – Minneriya National Park Safari
After breakfast, visit the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, Sri Lanka's most famous historical landmark. Climb to the summit via the Lion's Gate, admire the ancient frescoes and Mirror Wall, and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. In the afternoon, head out for an exciting Jeep Safari at Minneriya National Park, known for its rich wildlife and large herds of wild elephants. Return to the hotel in the evening. Day 3 | Dambulla Cave Temple – Spice Garden – Kandy
Distance: Approx. 85 kmDrive Time: Approx. 2 Hours After breakfast, check out and visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, one of Sri Lanka's most important Buddhist sites. Later, continue towards Kandy, stopping at a Spice Garden in Matale to learn about Sri Lanka's famous spices and herbal products. Upon arrival, visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic, followed by a walk around Kandy Lake. If time permits, enjoy a traditional Kandyan Cultural Show before checking in to your hotel. Day 4 | Kandy – Ramboda Falls – Tea Plantation – Nuwara Eliya
Distance: Approx. 85 kmDrive Time: Approx. 2–3 Hours After breakfast, drive through Sri Lanka's scenic hill country towards Nuwara Eliya. En route, stop at the beautiful Ramboda Falls, followed by a visit to a Tea Plantation & Tea Factory, where you'll learn about the tea-making process and enjoy a cup of authentic Ceylon Tea. Day 5 | Horton Plains National Park – World's End – Nuwara Eliya
