Kanha is not only one of the best places to watch the Tiger, it is also the only home of the Hard ground Barasingha apart from other mammals like Leopard, Sloth Bear, Wild Dog, Wild Boar, Chital, Jackal and Indian Gaur. Kanha is also truly a raptor country, with many species of Vultures, Eagles and Hawks soaring over the beautiful Sal forests.

Itinerary
Day 1
Departure from Mumbai CST to Jabalpur by train (3AC) at 1330 hours. Overnight train travel.
Day 2
Reach Jabalpur at 0600 hours. Visit Dhuadhar waterfall near Bhedaghat. Breakfast at Jabalpur and then proceed to Kanha by AC vehicles. Reach Kanha by 1300 hours. Lunch and rest. Get introduced to this beautiful forest through an interactive orientation session. Dinner and overnight stay at Kanha.
Day 3
Explore different parts of Kanha on morning and evening jeep safaris. Participate in a ‘knowledge sharing session’ in the evening to know more about the wildlife seen during the first two safaris. Our Wildlife Expert will share his experiences and discuss about different facets of nature and wildlife. Dinner and overnight stay at Kanha.
Day 4
Today you will further explore this beautiful forest on morning and evening jeep safaris. Evening will be spent sharing experiences with each other over a cup of coffee / tea. Dinner and overnight stay at Kanha.
Day 5
One more jeep safari at Kanha, to maximise the chances of tracking ‘The Big Cat’ as well ! Proceed to Jabalpur after lunch. Departure to Mumbai by train (3AC) at 1930 hours. Overnight train travel.
Day 6
Arrival at Mumbai CST at 1215 hours. Tour concludes with a ‘group selfie’ and colourful memories from the ‘Kipling Country’ !!
