We visit Chitkul, the last (or the first) village of India on the Indo-Tibet border, visit the village of Batseri and hike to Rakchham. 7 April / Day 1:
Arrival in Chandigarh – Drive to Thanedar
Distance: 190 km
Travel Time: 6 hours
Thanedar is known for its apple orchards and cultural heritage. Enjoy a scenic drive with mountain views.
Check in to your hotel upon arrival and relax.Overnight stay at Thanedar.
8 April / Day 2:
Start your day with a peaceful hike from Thanedar along a quiet, paved road.
Visit the cave where Satyanand Stokes, the American who introduced apple farming, meditated.
The hike ends at Parmjyotir Church, where Stokes and his family worshipped.
After lunch, drive to Hatu Peak (3,400m) for panoramic views and visit Hatu Mata Temple. Hike to Jawbag (45 mins) for more scenic views, then stop at Tani Jubbar Lake on the way back.
Distance (Thanedar to Hatu Peak): 15 km.
Travel Time: 45 mins.

9 April /Day 3:
After breakfast, check out and drive to Sangla, a picturesque valley in Kinnaur, with stunning views of the Sutlej River. On arrival, check in to your resort and relax.
In the evening, take a leisurely walk to the Baspa River, next to your resort, and enjoy the majestic peaks and peaceful atmosphere.

Travel Time: 6 hours (excluding breaks)
Overnight stay at Sangla.
10 April/ Day 4:
After breakfast, drive to Chitkul, the last village on the Indo-Tibetan border.
Enjoy a scenic hike along the Baspa River in the Kinnaur Valley. Visit the Army Post at Nagasthi and have chai at the famous "Bharat ka Aakhri Dhaba" (The Last Dhaba of India).
Sangla to Chitkul: 23 km, 1 hr 15 min.
Return to Sangla by evening for an overnight stay.
11April / Day 5:
After breakfast, set out on the "Signature Walk" of Kinnaur Valley – a hike to Rakcham via the village of Batseri. The trail offers stunning views of the surrounding peaks and the Baspa River. Explore the quaint village of Rakcham and enjoy the natural beauty before heading back to Sangla.
Sangla – Hike to Rakcham
Distance: 8 km.
Hiking Time: 4-5 hours (moderate hike with packed lunch).
Overnight stay at Sangla.
12 April / Day 6:
After breakfast, bid farewell to the Sangla Valley and drive back to Thanedar. The drive takes you through the beautiful mountain roads, giving you one last chance to soak in the views of Kinnaur's natural beauty.

Distance: Approximately 160 km
Travel Time: 6 hours (excluding breaks).
Overnight stay at Thanedar.
13 April / Day 7:
Post-breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to Chandigarh. The tour ends upon arrival in Chandigarh, marking the conclusion of your journey through the enchanting landscapes of Himachal Pradesh.

Travel Time: 6 hours (excluding breaks).
